Volume pedal MVP problems

Hello,
my MVP not work properly: very low gain. I can't find the damaged component on the PCB.
Did anyone have some schematics about MVP volume pedal? Or any contact with developer of this pedal?
I have tried to contact many Ernie Ball customer services but nobody can't help me (or don't want).

I don't think there are any available schematics. So you'd really have to talk to Ernie Ball customer support about it.

You ever figure it out? I’ve had issues with mine over the years, but the winning answer has always been clean the pot for me.
