Off Topic Wah Pedal Trouble?!

Any one know a fix for this? this is not my video but I have the same problem. I have taken it apart, cleaned it and it seems to look good on the inside. Its a 6 year old Dunlop Zakk Wah that had seen little action and been well taken care of FYI. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!!

Not being facetious, but have you tried Googling for the problem?

The two most common causes seem to be reversing the input/output wires or a failing inductor.
