Hi,

I'm new to the forum. And after 37 years of living, 30 of those playing guitar, I discovered the Axis is probably the best kept secret in the world of guitars. Awesome quality! And talk about versatility......the front pickup position sounds as sweet and warm as a Les Paul and the rear position with my Boss GT8 can scream and cry with distortion like nothing else. I look at Gibsons and Fenders now and just yawn.

Anyway, I'm getting carried away, the point of my post is that I had been looking for quite some time for a new Axis. I recalled seeing a post here about someone making a purchase through Washington Music Center in reference to their good service and stock of Musicman guitars. I decided to give them a try. Well I did and so I just wanted to brag on their sales guy Brian who was very helpful, the shipping was very fast and the guitar and case arrived in perfect/new condition. From someone who is very leary over buying stuff over the phone I would never hestitate to purchase another item from them. My experience with Washington Music Center in MD was nothing more than top notch. I highly recommend them.

By the way, my new Axis is a gorgeous, lush, bluish/turquoise quilt. It looks and plays like an absolute dream. You guys at MM......your quality and dedication to craftsmanship is top notch! I feel like I have a real custom instrument now, instead of the everyday, common Fender Stratocaster that I also own.

I bought my JP6 from Brian - good guy.

I was a little hesitant to buy a guitar over the phone and have it shipped, but I was very particular about the color I wanted and could only find 2 available at the time using the internet.

The guitar arrived, still in perfect tune and awesome.

Welcome, Timbo!

I've read several good testimonials about WMC on this forum. Glad you had the same experience.
