Everyone I know who has registered their new bass with Ernie Ball has gotten a free set of strings in the mail.

I registered my Bongo online about 3 1/2 months ago, and --nothin'.

No love for the Monkeee man, I tell ya...

Well, as long as they don't forget to send my fretless Bongo when it's done, I think I can forgive them.

But, I should probably email them about the strings, too....

Isn't it one EB employee handling ALL requests? On top of that, isn't this like an additional job for her, as her primary job is something else?
