Randy will be playing with Steve Vai and Mary J Blige doing Stairway To HEaven and he will be using his new favorite bass....THE BIG AL 5...Im making him a four banger to match he likes it so much.

Oh and I made Brians wifes day...I scored 4 tix to the final show. I have never watched it so it will be my first time.

The Big Al was pretty cool...

At the beginning of the song, he was covering part of the upper horn an I thought it was a different brand bass, but then they started playing and there was that unmistakable MM tone. Then the lights came up and there it was...absolutely stunning.

Major kudos to BP and crew...

THAT was cool. You know, watching the clips about the energy behind this and how carefully and selectively put together it was, from the musicians involved (there's some seriously heavy artillery there), to the arrangement, etc ..., it really says alot that the Dawg's choice of instrument for it was EBMM - and one of the very latest offerings, no less. Of course, what it says is nothing we knucks and other EBMM users/enthusiasts don't already know. But it's very cool to see.
