one of the best modern metal bands today. Heavy and very technical playing. I'm old school metal (40 years old), but out of the new crowd I really like these guys.

cookie monster singer drives me nuts tho.

+1 There are a lot of SCREAMO bands out there that have amazing musicians, then the "singers" start screaming and it ruins it for me.

I really want to like Lamb of God. Mark and Willie are amazing guitarists. And by all accounts are great guys. It's just the vocals that throw me off. Although, Redneck is a killer song.

Their tone throws me off more than anything else. I just can't listen to the studio records, it bothers me that much.

Great guys, awesome players, and they're not sell outs. Unlike Metallica, LOG was able to sign with a major label and not piss off their hardcore fans. Wrath is arguably heavier than Sacrament.

I've been on board from the Burn the Priest days and they're still my favorite band (I'm 38). They play Jacksons and ESPee's, so they're not perfect however.

Mark Morton, on the Mesa Boogie site, has a really cool interview up. They call him the "nicest man in metal", and next to JP, I'd say they're right!

Wrath debuted at #2 on the billboard top 200! Their popularity keeps getting bigger. Sacrament had debuted at #8 back in 2006.

they were beat out by some American Idol noob for the #1 spot.

Great band and great guys. They are from Richmond, Va...just up the road from me.

Got to talk to Randy once and he was a cool dude. Didn't get to meet the rest of the guys but I was told they were cool as well.
