Hi:

I've been playing my EBMM Petrucci signature for almost a year and I notice a few weeks ago that the neck humbucker is weak. I can feel the difference when I'm playing with the bridge humbucker. Is like the humbucker loosing power, I don't know...

Anyone can help me with this?

Thanks

So, here's a question - is there a way to measure the pickup's output without getting at the leads?

yes......take a guitar cord .......plug one end into the guitar....then take an ohm meter and connect the the tip of the 1/4" guitar cord to the red lead...and the sleeve (or barrel) to the black lead. you can then read the ohms of the pickup by simply selecting that pickup w/ the guitar's pickup selector switch. then you can compare that reading w/ the manufacturer spec ......
