Its true.

Just that its new home is in a shockmount rack case.:D You thought I sold it didnt you? Well I dont blame you, I am a whore.

I figured id get your attention with the title, and use this thread to show my gig setup. Ill be doing a good bit of gigging this summer, and almost all the dates are on the road.

So heres the EBMM HD-500/Berg rig as it stands now. My work in progress is just about done.

Please ignore the Peavey Alpha bass amp in the rack. Its an amp I sold yesterday for a local bass brudda. That amp is a whole nuther story. 160 watts of all tube power that actually sounded better than another popular tube amp I owned that pushes 300 watts.;) :D The Peavey space will be taken over by a rack drawer, and power conditioner.

So yeah. Pics:

Also, Id like to ad:

EBMM HD-500 used at GC: $475

Bergantino HT115 and HT210: $750 plus shipping

Having a bass rig that takes up half of your matchbox bedroom: PRICELESS

You got some great deals on your gear. My new setup will probably end up costing me around $1700 if i buy the stuff new, which I kind of have to, since the GK fusion is just coming out ;) Depending on what cabs i decide on, it may cost me even a bit more. I also will be buying a rackmount and rackmount tuner.

Not sure why I do it. My band is just a weekend warrior type thing, but I love bass and good tone. Reason enough, in my eyes.

I was so getting ready to kick your ass.

I was so ready to lace up some steel-toes on Lord Bovine.

Other than that, I refuse to look at any pictures of any berg' cabs until my wallet is full again.

$1705 left on my truck, should have it paid off by the end of next week.

Theres a good chance that one day Ill try one of the GK fusions.

Theres a better chance that Ill save up for it, cause I really want to keep the HD-500.

Nice effin' rig Travis. I would dearly love to try those Berg cabs, but I think I'm going to wait for the MarkBass gear that's coming out. That 610 cab looks very interesting.

Larry, thanks.

I think youd like the Bergs. I also think the MarkBass stuff should KILL, based on my time with the HD-500.
