I have picked up a Bongo HH 5stringer in Desert Gold. As a life long Ray user l am excited to see what the Bongo can do. Only so much youtube videos you can watch on them!!



I will report back with how l get on once it arrives.

desert gold is such a cool color!

play with harmonics and you will see the biggest difference between the bongo and the ray.. then plug it into the amp and experience the other difference

So it looks like it has been passed about a bit and seen more action than John Wayne lol. I picked it up over on the Basschat forum for a good price, and cosmetics don't fuss me. Giged it at the weekend and l am impressed, mighty tone on it.
