What are the chances?

I check talkbass and basschat most nights just looking for that perfect bass. The one night I don't check it this comes up:

I just found it now but its already too late. Its sold. Some lucky person has got themselves an amazing bass for an amazing price. Meanwhile my search continues.




On the positive side if I can come up with £600 soon i'll be in posession of a beautiful ray. Remember guys, every cloud has a silver lining (even if its not a silver sparkle sterling) .

As crazy as those sparkle finishes are, there's something strangely attractive about them.

Keep up the search. Hopefully something will pop up.

There was a still brand new SR4 in Germany on sale for a long time. I gassed over it for several months, but the price was just too high. I think it finally found a home with a forum member.

A EBMM in any silver finish is already a rare find. To find a sparkle silver is close to impossible. But keep those search agents running on eBay....

I love the colour and would buy it in a second if it was a Stingray.

If you guys think the silver is a crazy colour, check this out! This bass screams "Play that Funky Music"!
