Question What color/finish is this?

I've attached a pic for reference... what color for the Y2D is that? It doesn't seem to be listed as a color option on the Music Man guitar site. It's kind of like Purple Sunset but it's blue on the inner color instead of yellow-ish. Is it discontinued?

Was the color darkened down recently or does this finish vary quite a bit?

Same finish, different lighting. It purples up under bright light, else it looks darker.

Great to know... that particular guitar in the photo was on eBay but the bidding went higher than I could have afforded. I'm jonesin' for another Ball so bad.
