Like Jon said, he probably routed the single coil space for the Humbucker, and I also notice that the Volume and Tone pots are very close together. He probably moved that around, therefore that semi cut up pickguard. WHY DIDNT HE JUST GET A SILO!?!?!?!?! I personally hate what he did (lol)!

Neck profiles on Luke and Silo are pretty different. I'd rather screw around with pickups and pickguard then with the neck....

Pickguard looks odd... But it doesn't look like those ruined Axis/EVHs that were stripped and painted like Kramer/Charvel EVH guitars that were up on eVilBay some time ago.

They guy modified sonic capabilities of his guitar, rather then trying to make it into something it is not. I think it's ok, as long as he likes the sound.

lessee... you love the Luke neck, but you want an H/S/H setup and wish the controls were a little different, so what're ya gonna do? I think he did all right by his guitar - and though I can't put my finger on why, I get the feeling he can play the crap outta it too!
