I use the wonder wipes for the strings and the fretboard conditioner wonder wipes and the body and neck are wiped down with the EB micro fiber cloth after every single time I play or hold the guitar. I've never needed the polish since I wipe it down on a daily basis pretty much.

....and 1-2 a year the BC treatment is recommended. Just on how you like it, my BD Luke hasn't got the treatment yet, it feels great the way it is now.

Hi B_P

Some people use polish on the body - sometimes it depends onthe colour - usually black coloured guitars show up fingermarks. Because of that I steer clear of using polish on the body.

My experience of owning a couple of brand new EB' s is that after a while of playing, the neck may feel very slightly rough. I have used some really fine wet and dry automotive paper (used Dry) and then once a year I apply some Birchwood Casey Tru oil to the neck (just like they use in the factory) I don't use the Birchwood casey wax as I find that just using the oil gives a factory like finish - if you use the wax it gives it an unatural sheen.

Every re string I apply some wodner wipes ( I use it on my maple & rosewood boards) - make sure you buff the neck to get rid of any residue. Personally I don't "over cook" it using the wipes- if you do you may get some creeping via capillary action of the solution under the frets and the neck will feel greasy for some time afterwhen it weeps out.

Some varying responses here. Would I be fine if I use these:

Neck: Wonder Wipes aswell as occassionally use Birchwood Casey Tru Oil and some fine sandpaper to smoothen the neck
Fretboard: Wonder Wipes and Fretboard Conditioner
Body: Micro Fiber Cloth, possibly Guitar Polish(with Guitar Polish Cloth) if there are some greasemarks

Are all those good?

Like Spud said, I found the neck on my JP7 to be just a little rough when I first got it. I just rubbed the neck up and down with an old t-shirt, that made it feel a lot smoother.
