Sterling Silver, Blue Pearloid pickguard, rosewood neck, non-matching headstock.

I have a quote coming.

Paul SmallHorsieRider's review from Big Poppa and JP's clinic reminded me how much I liked the Big AL at NAMM. Screw it, you only live once. What's a 9th bass when you have no gig, eh? :)

Well, Ben; I think it's a FANTASTIC color combo! One that really lends itself to the retro-futuristic vibe of the Big AL and the Albert Lee guitar. You go!

It was between Sterling Silver and Electric Blue for me Ben. The blue won by just a bit but it was very close. I think the Big Al will look awesome in that color.

I had been fussing for a silver Music Man for a while before they became available; and didn't want to get bonked on the head by BP by choosing another color.

I'd probably rather have black perloid or blue swirl with sterling silver. And a matching headstock. Or if you insist on the blue perloid pickguard then let's have the whole bass in Ice Blue.

Yep. That's it. Ice Blue, matching headstock and blue perloid pickguard.

It's really easy to configure somebody else's basses! ;)

For an old fart like me, rosewood neck means rosewood fretboard.

Paulie Meister has turned me on to the idea of an Orange Swirl pickguard on the Sterling Silver body. Mwah ha ha.

That would be truly pimpin. The zoot suit of basses.

Awesome color combo....

I would either go for the matched headstock with rosewood board or non-matched with maple board. But that is my opinion.

I want a 5 string Big Al with the lazer gun option.
Obviously, when I wake up later, I will know that sadly neither exist.
