What guitar case came iwth the 91-95 EVH

I'm very close to buying my 1st EBMM evh, can anyone confirm what case they came with, is it a genuine MM or the G&G Tolex?

+1 My Hardtail EVH came with a black tolex G&G case originally. Sadly fell apart after 1000's of gigs.
