What guitar do you guys recommend a begginer to buy?

I am a bassist wanting to learn a new skill. I love my Sterling Bass.
Does EB make a guitar with a "Sterling feel." What unit would
the easiest to learn on. Thanks for your help.

Why not start on a MM SUB1 guitar? They are sweet guitars for the money and you still keep it in the "family" That's my $.002.

I should have stated what MM to buy.
Without question keep it in the family!
What about the silo series. Price is not important ,
quality and satisfaction is. I like buying from GC but Musicians Friend has
a sweet silo in stock for $1135. What to do , what to do.
