What i can do with that if i have bought my guitar from fake seller?

I've posted thread likt this one almoust year ago but since then ive lost my possword and nick name but finnaly ive found them both. My guitar been sold abroad and i found thats illegal adn these words are to Big Poppa can You check who sold me that guitar and whats D.O.B.?SN G31072 and one thing more :

- what can i do with this blured JP signature ? Is there any warranty for the things like that?

Im not Sure what your Asking?.....Are u saying that your guitar was stolen or that someone is saying its a fake?
But like mbgreene said no one around until tuesday or wed because of christmas and boxing day

Yes that's exactly what i mean and i thought thats a brand new guitar... thts why i think ive been cheated and the second thing is above with the JP signature i think thats why this guitar been sold as a new one i didnt recieven any keys for this guitar as well. I've never gotten an allen key included with any EBMM...if that's your question...

Cha-ching. Those case locks unfortunately wouldn't stop a dead monkey that wants to bust in...and that's in the case of pretty much any case...I've seen those things M A N G L E D. This of course discounts ATA Flight Cases...

sickindian, the serial number references a JP guitar that we made on 2/16/06 and it was sent to Tune Town Music Gear in Maine. It is a piezo Pearl Redburst. Interesting about the blurred signature.

SIck man I know that you would like me to look up the orgin of your instrument but I really cant do that and run this place.

We also encourage that all customers of our products buy from our established dealer network and international distributor network. They are there to represent both our company and your interests. When you go around them there isnt much anyone can do when you have a problem or warranty work. I suggest that you contact the dealer who broke his agreement with us and see if he can help.

Well i tried to contact him since last time when ive post that http://www.ernieball.com/forums/music-man-guitars/16826-my-mmjp6-piezo-got-problem.html#post225339 but as u can see there is reply for my e mail where is says" Hi This guitar wasn't sold as new even though it's condition is
unsold, hence no warranty." so how can i ask him anything?

Popps, Sorry I was up to my neck in present purchasing, and selling off my Les Pauls - WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME!!!!

I was interested in this thread, this is how I fell into the EB forum and how "the change" started,

There must be something about us Scottish fellas (and Ladies) wanting a cheap Ball, I know I've bought 2 used ones from the states and they are excellent guitars, but to be honest the anticipation of a 6 month buzz (for want of a better word) is unbeatable and worth the extra hike from a used price to a new price. I doubt I'll be buying used balls from now on (but you never know).

And like I say the wait is the cool part !
