What is the deal with OLP?

Are these "OLP" guitars and basses I am seeing around lately a low-end product from EB or is it another company completely?

Made in China.
Believe they are licenced by EB.

R.T. is correct. They are licensed by us, made in China by OLP (Officially Licensed Product). They are the only "legal" MM copies.
