I like the COTTON clip lock straps myself. They feel better, keep the guitar in place better (they don't slide), and also have a nicer, rounder end on them (where it attaches to the guitar). Very nice... The white one matches my white JP perfectly too! I've got a black one on my Mystic Dream as well...

I've been looking for a similar guitar-strap, but I can't find one. Does anyone know which brand makes these kind of straps ?

It's a strap with "clickers" (don't know a better word for it).

Here's a thread from someone who posted pictures of his JP mystic dream, it has this strap hanging on it (part of it) :

thx !

Yeah, that Mystic Dream JP6 is mine. The strap is indeed a DiMarzio Cliplock strap. I love those straps. I like them much better than regular strap locks because when you move around you don't get the typical clicking sound that schaller or dunlop straplocks make.

Crimson,
I've got one that I'm not using (black). If you want it, it's yours. PM me your address info and I'll send it along.

Awesome looking guitar :D

I only saw that Mystic Dream in real life for about 5 minutes, I should go back to the music store to look again :p

Do I need to change the "strap-knobs" on the guitar (JP6) for that strap ? Or does it fit on the ones that are on it ?

I may be interested, but I'm from Belgium. Won't the shipping costs be more than the price for the guitarstrap ?

You remove the strap buttons and screw the clip parts directly onto the guitar.

I have those straps on almost all of my guitars, and I'm making a run to GC tomorrow to get the final two straps I need for all of them. My favorites.
