In the flatwound department, the lightest guage of Ernie Ball Flats/D'Addario Chromes (40-95) are really good. Not as high tension as many flats sets, so closer to roundwounds in tension.

I use very light gauge strings on my Bongo 6...the middle 4 strings are the same as the OP's...95-40. Currently I'm using D'addarios on it but I'll be switching back to slinks soon...same gauge.

I Use:
Medium gage (105-50) Yellow Packet
Medium Lights (105-45) Orange Packet
Ernie Ball Slinkys.
People do use Extra Light (Blue Packet) depending on the style of music you are playing, But if you stick with light/medium (Pink-Orange-Yellow packet Slinkys) you wont go far wrong with what ever your doing, just remember changing gauges will affect your intonation so if unsure get it checked, or you will just sound out of tune all the time
