Hi Guys

This is my first post here. I'm a very happy owner of a Petrucci guitar, plays so smooth! great quality and always in tune. What are your thoughts about these instruments? What makes them so unique and outstanding?

Thanks!
Paul

I sum it up this way - EBMM makes guitars that "feel good to play"!!!

Not just a premium quality instrument, and not just sound great, and not just look good "hanging on the wall; but, they feel comfortable and fun to play!!! I think that is the key!!

And, all the guitars have a consistent feel straight across the board so that a player can tell that they all come from the same family:)

I’ve owned every brand under the sun and when I bought my first EBMM I got a feeling like no other guitar ever gave me. It just felt, sounded, looked and smelled right. Since that first purchase, I have never even a touched another brand.

The instruments are the proverbial "whole package". Great feel, great sounding, beautiful to look at, and amazingly affordable when you compare them to other high end guitars. In my opinion, EBMM makes the highest quality guitars out there... bar none. There's a reason why I have sold or given away my other branded guitars (save for one with some sentimental value) and keep getting more Balls.

One word : reliable !

When you are on stage, the worst thing that can happen is a problem with your equipment. With EBMM, everything smells quality : the switches, the pots ...
Besides, the EBMM guitars are modern : locking tuners (thus no more tuning problems), easy truss rod adjustment, silent circuit (with P90 & single coils, if you don't have the silent circuit you can expect a lot of noise when you are under stage lights).
If you are a bedroom player, vintage F or G have perhaps a great sound, but it's a pain in the A** if you have to gig.

it's a tool that you will fall in love with, something you buy to do a job but make a connection with, necks as comfortable as your favourite pair of boots a choice of woods colours and models with a choice that won't confuse you, standards accross the range and a follow up/support service that you can depend upon....

yeah that's about it -

Oh yeah and some amazing parties!

It's the feel of the instrument. When you get a new one, it feels like you've been playing it for ages. It's the sound. It sounds alive. It's the quality. Every detail on the guitar is perfect. And for me, it's the company. I'm a strong believer of traditions and privately owned companies. If I can support one while buying great gear, I will! :)

Ow yes, and the service! Never had any better service on so many levels.

I like the unique options available in the model line. The AL, Morse, and Axis models are different than anything else out there and the JP trem is the best trem on the market.

I also appreciate the fact that Sterling was truly grateful when I picked up the 25th at a GC session...good customer service and value in your customers is a lost art, but the EBMM crew have not lost sight of that.

Quite simply they're the best guitars I have ever played. Why? Amazing necks, so comfortable to play, great feel, hit perfectly in your hand. Also the guitars have great sound, fantastic looks, the best customer support team wherever you are, always innovating and a great family to be part of.

And that's why I stick around, read the forum with enthusiasm and interest and have my sights set on owning another 5 or 6 balls over the next few years.

BP, Dudley, et al are actually aliens from an an advanced civilization in another galaxy from the future. They time-travelled back to Earth to share their advanced guitar building technology with us Earthlings.

That's why Balls are so unique and incredibly perfect.
