I have a John Petrucci Special and need to adjust my saddles to get rid of a string buzz. I have already adjusted the neck relief and the buzzes are still there on the 12th and 13th frets on the D and G strings. Does anyone know what size the allen screws are that are used for the adjustment?.

I cannot understand why such a great guitar company dont include basic setup tools (eg: 2 allen keys) with their guitars... especially with their high end models

The saddle screws should be 1.5mm.

I'm sure that if tools were included, then people who don't know what they are doing would mess with the guitar when it already has a great setup from the factory.

Is your guitar new or used? I'm not sure what a JP Special is, do you mean Limited Edition?
