not to make light of your frustrations, but, "such is the life of an Earthling, stick with God and He'll stick with you, if you and your gal are right with God and each other, it doesn't matter what gossip goes around about you, my best suggestion is also to hang on to your bass(es)gear as much as possible, the thrill of playing and the inspiration will return, I ordered my first SR5 many years ago after laying off for a couple of years due to work stress and a good friend and fine bass player gave me a jumpstart by telling me about his own "Dry Spells" ...
now, I'm still slugging along pitchin for a big sontaneous recovery so I can play a few notes on my ever-lovin' 20th SR5 which is still quiet due to MajorLeft Side stroke damage ... you root for me, Spencer, and, I'll root for you, , and so it goes here on the EBMM Forum, the good vibes here are a major part of a Music Man bass player's life, so, don't be a stranger. OK?? ... We'll get you through this dry spell, Spencer !!!
