What's up with this Stingray on eBay?

What's up with this bass? Natural finish, maple neck, but with a late, non-mute, non-transition string-thru-body bridge. Looks like a modern SLO Stingray--plastic battery compartment, 3-band EQ, 6 bolt neck plate. I didn't think string-thru-body was an option. Any comments?

I know that around year 2000 there was a small run made for the german market that were string-throughs. Someone here from germany has one. And I recently saw on a popular japan retailer they had a (germany one) natural finish SR4 for sale too.

But about that particular ebay bass, the pics are too small to see of it's orignal or not. Could it be one of the exported basses made it back? Who knows. Could be a hijacked account too.
