Hmm. Assuming that this company is legitimately liquidating a small store's stock.. would the original factory warranty still apply to the purchaser? Interesting question.

Unless there was a change in design... The front shows a trem but isn't the back from a hard tail?

very dodgy, no way thats the real guitar for sale. its been on before too, no wonder it didnt sell that time. who would put down their hard earned on a fake pic.
