When did the EB forum start?

I see that some forum members have their start date as Dec 2002.

Is this when the forum first started?

Edit: How did you guys first come across the forum?

I did tons of research on my next guitar purchase and lurked on several forums through mid 2004. I found it doing an internet search on the Petrucci model.

I'm not certain what date the forums actually went live. The oldest account is the Administrator account. That account was created 05/22/02 @ 2:00 PM
