Mine is scheduled for delivery Monday, and I'm officially getting anxious now.

I've been expecting to see a few SN NGD's the last few days, but nothing yet...what's up with that?

Post 'em if you got 'em!!

I'm sure that Pete will let me know when mine reaches his store and that he will send me a picture. I ordered mine on the second or third day.

I'm not getting one, :(

But will live through all who do get them.

Enjoy all, Glenn |B)

There's been a few NGDs already. Posted my Valentine, won't get the AL HH until January.

I can say that the pics don't do them justice. I've tried twice to take a good picture of my LIII but they didn't turn out very good at all. The promo pics that Music Man put out during the ordering window are the closest I've seen to how mine actually looks.

That's good to hear (the color match part...). From what I've seen so far, I assumed the production models didn't end up being as dark blue as the promo pics. They all look a lot lighter in the middle.

My JV is not blue AT ALL.

I had ordered my original starry night BECAUSE of the blue, so was very disappointed when the Sweetwater pics came out.
Then I saw that JV on DGCL and had to have it; it's not blue, but it's gorgeous!

There's also a couple of NGDs out there that do a better job of portraying the color.

We received these last week along with a cutlass that I don't have pics of yet. A hard finish to accuratly capture in a picture. They look fantastic in person.

The darker portion of the top horn, on that second JP pic, is pretty darn close to the 'real' color :)

I can confirm that those look GORGEOUS... After an initial period of disappointment, getting that JV made me VERY excited for the AL HH!

Mine survived the cross country round trip! I'll be home to see it in a couple of hours.
NGD post + pics tomorrow... :)

I saw a couple of Starry Nights last night, if you are getting one you will not be disappointed. :)

Pete handed me mine last night - and Glenn was there too. :) I was floored by how great it looks - and couldn't stop talking about it all night. I'll start an NGD thread after I take some pics - but I'm thinking of trying a video instead. None of the pics I've seen really do it justice. Some are close on the color, but none capture the sparkle right. They all make the metal flakes look too big/pronounced. The way I'd descibe it is like fine diamond sand under a slightly blue/purple tinted lacquer, tinted slightly darker (like a windshield) at the edges. It's not far from the EBMM promo pics, but probably a little lighter. Unfortunately, I could see how the name could set some folks up for disappointment - it may be called Starry Night, but it's not really a dark night. For me, it's actually better than I could have hoped for. Definitely either the best in my collection, or a tie with my Dargie I.

Nope, you're not making me more anxious to see mine at all! And I'm lying! :D

Congrats, and enjoy!
