You COULD do that if you don't mind everyone having played it and the setup most likely being out of whack. The price may or may not be that good. Just do your research and go in knowing what you should pay for it with different options...
Personally, I like buying new so I know i'm the only one that's played it since it left the factory. The wait is well worth the new guitar smell! Hehe. I'd contact JeffreyB (dealer from Ye Olde Music Shoppe in Charleston, SC) on here and see if he has any in stock. He can order you one too. Great guy!
