Question Which arrangement is better?

Here is the text of my email...

"I have recently purchased the CMD 121 H Combo and the Traveller 121H cabinet. Can you advise me of the best way to arrange the two? It seems I could stack them vertically, stack them horizontally, or place them side by side vertically. I am not sure of the best way to get the best sound. Thanks!"
