Since I can't play them anywhere locally, which humbucker-equipped MM has the best strat quack in one or more positions? I'm really looking for that classic bridge+middle pickup strat sound. ASS? HSH Silo? JP? Morse? I'm open to HH or HSH guitars. Thanks guys.

Buy a JP for your humbucker sounds and buy a Silhouette Special for the single coil sound. Don't "try" to get one to do the other. I've spent far too much money "trying" and finally just realized that one will never do the other and vice versa.

No HH guitar will sound like an SSS guitar. Not even when split. It's one thing to remove the coil from the circuit. It's another to remove the magnetic interference.

A Silhouette (H-S-H) will do fine quack tones in the split positions. A Silo special does this too but it´s not really a H-H guitar as it has H-S-S or S-S-S.
The Morse has no real quack, although some who tried it say, that the Bridge Humbucker split and the bridge Single Coil come similar to that. But you have to mod the guitar for this, it´s not stock.
I don´t believe any other H-H equipped EBMM will sound really strat-like. I had this wish too and realized it won´t work like the real thing. Now I have a Morse for HB-sounds and an AL for SC-Sounds.
Not exactly sure what you define 'strat quack' as but I think the supersport sounds very stratty in those positions. Check out my recordings, the last one especially to hear it. Kinda what your on about?

There are some 'Gilmour' type tones that can be had from the 20th Silo. Also, the ASS can do a good approximation.

I know no one guitar will truly sound like an HH and a SSS, but I really need to scale down and have one that comes close for live playing. I have an LP, LP Special (P90s), PRS, Strat, and a JP6 on the way. The PRS splits coils, but just doesn't sound very strat-like. And I really just don't like playing Fender Strats due to the ergonomics. Thanks everyone!

Get an Axis Super Sport, a 20th Anniversary or Silhouette. Have played them all ... on stage, in the basement, at rehearsals, etc. I used to be a Strat guy ... but I'm feelin' much better now since I've been acquiring EBMM guitars.
Also, keep in mind the amplification and effects path you choose may also influence how you dial in your sound .... just my .02, ymmv, imho, etc. etc. etc.

Depends how close to the classic quack you want. It's a factor of how close the pickups are. Split dual buckers are just too far away to really nail it, though they have a great sound of their own.
So if you have to have two humbuckers and quack, HSH Silhouette it is.
If you can compromise on the neck bucker and go SSH, then you have more options. Silhouette Special, Luke, Axis Sport.

With a straight HxH setup, like an Axis, you can get some pretty good split-coil "Tele" tones, but getting good "Strat" tones is pushing it a bit. As others have mentioned, the pickups in an HxH setup are just too far apart, and it's rare to find a humbucker that sounds really good in both dual-coil and single-coil mode.
With that said, the 5-way wiring on the ASS gives some really good split coil tones with the stock pickups. I have a Strat and a Tele already, but the ASS has some very usable sounds that complement my other guitars. So if an HSH setup isn't for you, you can still pull out some great tones from an HxH setup. azazael's clips are proof of that.

I would recommend the Silhouette. Based upon what you are asking for, *I* believe the Silhouette will get you pretty much what you are looking for.
