Which locking tuners will fit, without modification to headstock, on a Sterling Music Man Axis guitar, 2023 model?

drill and install Sperzel Trim Lok tuners. they are the best.

If you don't get any answers, take measurements then compare against what Schaller and Gotoh offer. They are both high quality and usually have an appropriate set for most configurations.

Schaller recently had a design problem causing the gear to crack. They have corrected the design but there are bad ones still out there.

Check out Ratio tuners by Graphtech. They make 4+2 sets that look like they might drop in (I don't know for sure, so check the measurements). If not, Graphtech also makes plates to adapt the tuners to various layouts.

My go to are Gotoh. Actually swapped all the Schallers on my MM for them
