Hey guys- I'd really like to replace the tune-o-matic bridge on my Morse with a Piezo. Anyone have experience with the Baggs, Fishman or Graphtec Ghost systems? Love to hear any reviews first-hand if anyone's had experience.

Also on topic ... does anyone know what piezo saddles or preamp EBMM uses? Guitarburetor- is this inside info or can you enlighten me?

Thanks!

I've put the GHOST in a couple guitars and I really like it. Sounds better than the Fishman I had.

You'd have tro email them to find out which saddles you need for an SM - I'm not sure they make replacements for that bridge.

Hey- thanks Dan! That's exactly what I was looking for! (I'm leaning towards the Ghost or Baggs). Looks like they all have a tuneomatic option, so you're right- I'll have to make sure about the specs. I think the original bridge is a Gotoh.

I know Graphtech has a TOM for Les Pauls (and clones), and if the SM is similar, then it should work.

Bingo!

Called Graphtech and told them I wanted to install their system on a Musicman guitar. Without further prompting, the fellow I got on the phone immediately said he'd just installed one on a Steve Morse model :)
