Which Strings for my new SR5?

I just picked up my first ever SR5 - a 2004 Black/Maple. It needs new strings, as the original strings are still on it. What strings and/or brands do you guys prefer on SR5s?

p.s. I have Slinkys on my Sterling 4-string, and it sounds fat and round, except for the G-string is kinda dead. Could be dead spots on my bass, not the best strings for this particular bass, etc. etc.... Perhaps I should try round wounds, etc...but that's another thread.

Regular Slinkys seem to work fine on SR5s

Way to go Dave, Congrats, Don't pay no attention to me cuz I've been in rehab for 3 months and ain't pulled a note for 4 months ... but I tend to 3 SR5s including a fretless, a maple and arosewoodand woldn't think of replacing strings with anything but stock Slinkys.

I like Regular Slinkys or the Power Slinkys on my SR5.
