before you hit reply, yes I have done searches, used Google Alta Vista etc.
Where do you cats get your pickguards? I can't find any cool ones like I see on other Rays. Maybe I am having difficulty becasue I have a SR5. The only ones I have found are Chandler, Warmoth, terrapin and some guy on ebay (who happens to be in SLO also). Is there some better source for custom pickguards? I want to get something less mundane than the black white black on my ray now.

PS.I know you can order thru an EB retailer, but that takes a while, and I want more choices.

I think you can also direct thru EBMM. Somebody, correct me if I'm wrong. Also, why does it take awhile. Wouldn't see why unless they are out of stock. I ordered some thru Steve (VBTC) and got them pretty quickly.

The ones I've gotten from EB came pretty fast. Even the python that I just got was there in just over a week and Aziah said it was out of stock when I ordered it.

I suppose I just assumed it would take as long as anything else I order from a MI manufacturer that prefers you do business through retail. At least my past experience in that has been that it takes a while. Not to speak badly of EBMM, they just seem they would rather you deal with an EBMM retailer who would be happy to place an order for you.
I already got pickguards.com thru wdmusic.com

Here's one for you if you truly want something custom:

www.nicholsguitars.com

Although I haven't seen any of his products in person they're pretty good looking in the photos. Plus who do you know has a WOODEN pickguard for their EBMM?
