A unique feature of all our balls is the cool looking/ practical headstock! even before I got my first EB 10 years ago, was an EVH, i remember seeing silos and EVH's on the wall at GC hollywood and thinking what cool looking guitars they were, love the EB headstock!

Man, every time I tune my Tele, I find myself "twisting" in mid-air for two seconds before I remember that the B string is on the other side of the headstock!:p

You know what that means? You shouldn't even be playing it! Pick up an AL, man - you'll never have that problem again. :D

I think music man design is the most innovative since fender made the stratocaster...of course there is a lot of compagnies like paker who makes incredible things, but it's too "advanced" for me...music man keeps the good side of the tradition, but goes deeper.

it's the same for the headstock.

it's really a chef-d'oeuvre in terms of design!

as in Forest White and Tom Walker???

Yes, and don't forget that other guy in the original Music Man company, Leo Fender.

I'm stealing BP's thunder a bit, but I believe he posted before (I remember because he corrected me giving Dudley 100% of the credit) that Forrest White designed the 4+2 guitar headstock at the same time he designed the 3+1 bass headstock, but the original Music Man company didn't put the design into production.
