Question Why is the stingray HS not more available i.e. GC or other company?

I am really interested in trying/buying the stingray HS but I can only locate it at smaller shops. I have a GC near me which has one HH but no HS configuration stingrays? Why?

Because that is what GC orders. Every guitar/bass that leaves the EBMM factory is one that has been ordered by a dealer/distributor. If the dealer doesn't have one, it's because they didn't order one.

I thought they were a pretty popular configuration. GC has tons of HH basses online but no HS online for example. It just seems that both configuration would sell.
