I have 3, been playing my silo special almost exclusively for a year now, I woke this morning and decided to plug in my axis ss, wow! I forgot why I loved this guitar to begin with, I was playing excellent and I felt really inspired, point being, its good to have at least 2 balls!

I put my EVH away after I quit full time gigging and never played it for at least a year. When I pulled it out it was still in tune.

its magic when youve been playing one or two balls for a while, then you play a different one. I hadnt played my Y2D for a few weeks, but i used it at a gig last night, BLISS!!!!!!!!

Glenn im going nuts abut that DD AL. i couldve had an AL with rosewood board. im kicking myself. i guess i couldve gone the 06 LE, but black/gold didnt do it for me.

My Axis SS is really awesome, it's my fav' ! then i play my Luke and i think it's so great as well, 2 very impressive instruments... i think 2007 will be my 3rd Ball purchase, this time a Silouhette Special, i'm still thinking about the differents options for now : mapple or rosewood board, the color, the pickguard, and a natural or colored Headstock... not sure how i want it for now, but sure i want a Silhouette Special.

I have 3 EBMM and they are so different. Guitars are my inspiration - when i play on my old silo '93 i play Hendrix style, when i use axis i have a lot of ideas on Van Halen style riffs Its great! I want to have more guitars = more ideas and inspiration!
but... since i have axis i play only on this guitar... its amazing...

got 4 balls and I can't decide which one is my favorite
At the moment I'm playing only the ASS hardtail and Silo Spec SSS the clean sound I got from those 2 guitars is just fantastic. Can't wait for Luke to come though...
But I love the ASS MM90 for that old blues though I'm very far from either Tristan or Tyler unique styles. And I love switching from acoustic/electric sound
And the EVH is so resonnant compare to the others that I actually love plyaing it without amp
In other words the honeymoon with them ain't other !!!!
