The have a great sales staff there, IMO.
I've spoken to them several times on the phone and they are always attentive and they know there stuff.
My buddy purchased a few Bakers from them and he loves the place.

I've been there and played the white Luke featured in their ads, along with a few prs's.
Weird set up. Not like a retail store but rather like offices with wearhouse space. All guitars are kept in their cases so it makes for difficult browsing while you're there but very few other players playing the sh!t out of them.
They do most of their business over the phone and internet.
I think the two partners I met were ROB (in person) and BO (over the phone). They are very helpful and seem to be honest people to deal with.
