I have a 1995 Silo. They took care of it no problem (obviously it was not free).

I sent my fretless SR4 to EBMM after talking to AJ at customer service. The preamp was not working, and I just didn't trust the local repair people around here with it. I also wanted the board planed.

EBMM replaced the battery wire and planed the board, at a very reasonable price (even with shipping both ways, less than what a local luthier would charge). They received the bass and repaired it, I think, the same day. The time I didn't have the bass was almost all UPS transit time.

Great experience.
