Will the Reflex have a tone block or not?

Hi all,

maybe this one's slipped my attention, but does anybody know if the Reflex will have the tone block as well?

I know it will be the production model of the 25th Anniversary which sported that feature, but since it was a BFR model I could imagine that the Reflex will have the chambering only but without the tone block?
