Thanks Rob, I'm sure it'll be a great guitar. I knew you were throwing down on a LE AL, and I've been keeping an eye out for pics of yours. Can't wait to see how she looks! I figure that if I dig the AL even half as much as you do, I'll be a happy dude. :)

I've got AL fever!

I also snuck in under the wire - I ordered a Silo Special yesterday through Pete.

I'm going back to my "roots" - 3 singles, trem, rosewood board. I never should have sold my other Silo Special, so I think a Blue Dawn LE will fill that hole nicely ;).

Blue Dawn was the worst thing for me. I had to agonize over going with a LE of a BFR JP. The BFR won.

I sympathize. I had the same problem. In the end BD is just a color. It won't make the guitar sound better. BFRs are a different beast altogether.

Agreed...but I couldn't get past the fact that the BD LE is definitely going to be over soon, but it's likely that the BFRs will continue for a while. I see this as not only my last chance to get a sparkle, but also my favorite sparkle. That's why I went with the LE.

I'm thinking maybe BFR Luke next year if they're still being offered and Pete is still selling guitars...:D

Good point.

Pete, are you going to tell Rob you are kidding, or do I have to?

The window is still open (worldwide) until at least the end of this month.
