My new band is recording this weekend at Arcadia Studios in Atlanta. The Bongo will be getting her first studio shot and I'm very excited. Kinda nervous, I'm only 20 and this is only my 2nd professional album. I would appreciate any prayers, etc. Thanks a bunch, I'll let yall know how it turns out.

Heres my bands homepage www.torntempleveil.com

You're gonna go record w/ Knox, huh? Do your best brother! Hes got a good set-up there. We were gonna do our album w/ him but we though Ledbelly fit us a little better.

You are twenty and this is only your second professional recording----wow, you are slow!!!! ;)
I'm 38 and still haven't had one, so hit a home run for the rest of us!

1. Bring along everyone's favorite snacks/food (find out your engineer's favs) THIS IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT :D
2. Bring lots of jokes
3. Play from the heart and don't think about the tape machine running (or computer, etc.)
4. Have a plan for what you want to get accomplished.

Have fun and take lots of "Bongo in the studio" pix!!!

Ignore the red light. Do NOT look at the red light.

I had other ways to relax before recording in the studio, but after looking at your website, I don't think you'd be into the same relaxation.....excercises... ;)

Good luck, and just have fun. It's just music--it's not like you'll be working with plutonium, or anything. And, unless you've got Phil Spector in there with you, the gunplay should be kept to a minimum. :D
