Wonder Wipes Question

so I just got a pack of the intstrument polish and was just wondering (because I've been using the fretboard conditioner for awhile) if theres suppose to be 1. a noticeable weight difference. 2. no smell/not wet and 3. a couple of black marks on some of the wipes.

I recently bought a large cannister of instrument wonder wipes, and then I saw that they were listed as cancelled.
So that is temporary?
Because I was a bit worried when I saw that they, and I thought that it might be because there was something wrong with them? I don't want to use them on my bass if anything was wrong with them.

They're safe to use right?
