Some of the wipes that are overseas could be rather old. Once we send to the distributor we have no control over when they make it to the store, or how long the store has them before they get to the end user. The pinhole issue was discovered and solved 2 years ago by they way. I believe these have sat for a while. We still won't stick you with a product that didn't perform.
When you guys go to the stores, look for the single wipes. If they don't have them they can obtain them.
Beedster, send me your e-mail address and I will get you in touch with our UK distributor that will take care of you. We can replace them with the singles if you prefer.

I have no doubt that the wipes I received had been kicking around for a while. Besides the pinhole issue the label was also peeling off at both edges. But no worries, I've just received a refund from the store and I've gone ahead and ordered a small tub (I also asked him to check before sending them out), so it's all good.

I'm super impressed with the customer service here at Ernie Ball, absolutely top notch. As long as you keep whacking out lefty guitars I think i'm gonna be an EB man for life. Cheers guys. ;)

Wonder Wipes FTW

I got my fretboard conditioner today and went at the neck, couldn't believe how dirty it actually was...

But yeah, it has dried now and still looks as good as it does in the photo. Fantastic product! I also cleaned the strings with the wonder wipes string cleaner and buffed the body up nice 'n shiny.

Yeah, it even looks like the sun is out! :D

I think that happened on July 12th this year...:)

Back on topic...I think Wonder Wipes fretboard conditioner is a great product. I actually look forward to changing the strings on my guitars to get the fretboard looking fantastic again each time.
