BP, as I've said from time to time, much as I
dig my Boingos, one of the benefits of playing
them is that I'm BEHIND the ax, where I don't
hafta look at it ....

Neither of mine is a stealth, but [not all that

For a bass that is described as a cult and not broadly liked, for people to be making cheap knock offs suggests the appeal is broader than some of the louder people on the internet forums would have you believe - perhaps a Sub version of the Bongo would be good?

Bassmonkee you raised an issue there that has troubled me before - I don't understand the point of an ignore button on a forum - don't you run the risk of missing the good bits - it's not as if someone's trying to cold call you on the phone with a recorded message or something - I'd love an ignore button for those, but if someone says something I don't agree with - I read it and ignore it - but I wouldn't dismiss the person as permanently ignored because they said one or two things (or even four or five) I didn't agree with - if I did that in real life I'd ignore almost everyone, which would not be a sensible way of conducting life!!! Surely the moderators are meant to look after our well being by deleting illegal or other stuff we shouldn't see or breaks the rules. Just curious - I can't see the point.

You can, "Show post." Based on BP's response, I wondered if Golem managed not to say something derogatory about the Bongo, or if BP was being sarcastic.

It's not a mistake I make often. At least it didn't take a paragraph of nonsense to get to the broken record "Bongo is ugly."
