great Tommy another option......uuuuughhhhhhhhhhh \\\"Dear EBMM customer service

While deciding whether to install my pickguard I had already drilled two screw holes and changed my mind. I feel that this is a manufaturing defect and you guys are ripping off
guitar players. Im going to post on Harmony central that your guys guitars suck.

sincerly

Larry Mondello

Dear EB MM Customer Service

My wife likes my guitar with out the pickguard, My dog likes with it on? what should I do

Clint Mealy

Dea EBMM Customer service

I bought this guitar with a pickguard on ebay but think that it is only fair that you guys stand behind your product and replace this body a no charge because the pickguard is 1/32 of an inch too high and affects my picking style when drop tuning to b.

Idiot Proof is exactly right.

In the 80s, I sold computers. Back then, if you worked in a computer store, you actually had to know what you were talking about and provide tech support. One day, this woman calls me and says she can't get her printer working. After about 15 minutes on the phone, walking her through and having her double check every possible dip switch setting and sofware setting, I finally ask her if she's made sure the cables are all securely fastened and not loose, including the power cord.

I hear silence for about five seconds, after which she says,

"Oh...you mean I have to plug it in?"

i feel like the idiot now....

I work with an MIS (Management Information Systems) Department for a School District and we refer to the "IDIOT" situations as ID-10-t System Malfunctions. We can say that to the client without them picking up on it.

My favorite is when I got a call about a PC not working and I asked if the power to the machine was on... I didn't get an answer but they hung up the phone... it was a typical ID-10-T System Malfunction.

OH BP! On the EB String Post it was mentioned by jon that I was going to get a beating for using the PRS 9.5's (I know he was kidding) but i recently put on my last set of PRS strings and will be going back to the EB Slinky's after this week (It's been about 3 years since I played the EB's... i'm really looking forward to the new sound) I'm still using the DR Zebras on my Acoustic... but i'm half-way converted. :D

hehe....I guess I forgot a smiley. Absolutely I was kidding! :D

I've been an development engineer & manager at a very well known computer company for almost two decades now, and have been working with customers in various capacities over that time. I do feel your pain - they are our lifeblood, but many times we need to protect them (and us) from themselves. I was agreeing with you....in a tongue in cheek sort of fashion. :)
