I got nothing, man. And I'm not complaining, either. It doesn't suck to be stuck with a bunch of basses that are just too good or too special to off.

I found myself in similar circumstances; I really didn't want to sell the bass that I ended up selling, there was an emotional attachment to the bass that I sold because I recall playing it when we opened for "Foreigner," which for me, was one of the most memorable opening slots we'd done.
I placing my 25% down payment on my new Big Al 5 single H and then the next day I was told of its expected arrival date which caught me off guard. I had planned on waiting until I had saved up the entire amount, but I pulled the trigger putting me in the position of having to choose one of my many basses that had to go.

There was a Heinz SR5 hanging in the guitarcenter in Nashville for a few months. Was priced 'realistically' for a GC, but not really priced to sell. Was in excellent condition.
I actually went back a couple weeks ago hoping it was still there to try to work a deal on it... it was gone.

It's just like your red SR5, only green. And to tome eyes less beautiful, but then the beauty has always been in the eye and so on, right?
