WoW its been 3 years....

Since i logged on this forum. Well i used to have a nice collection of musicman basses, but im down to my sterling black onyx. I just purchased a 82 natural W/ Black PG and maple neck for 1200.00 pics soon to be posted. Anyone here have an 82 top loader? I was wondering if 1. 1200 is a good deal and 2. how do the top loaders compare to the string thru?

Oh and by the way how is everyone doing?

I have an '81 top loader, I really can't tell the difference vs thru. It's my favorite Ray, beautiful oval contoured neck. At 1200 you got a great deal.

I have my own Amp repair shop thats been keeping me very busy, but i have been thinking about shutting it down, it's getting to hectic. I also have a daytime job that keeps me traveling alot. But i just purchased a 79 stingray today natural when i get it i'll post pics of both my 82, and 79 along with serial #'s for you RT.
