Guys,
I just want to share my experience about the EBMM customer service. I am really happy to know that when I have a problem about my instrument, those guys are there for me. Without a doubt, I give them A+++ for this.
This morning, I called the repair department to discuss a problem about my guitar. The person whom I speak to is Dennis. He is very nice and a very helpful guy. He doesn't mind spending 10-20 minutes talking to me and try to come up with the best solution that makes me satisfied.
I own a couple EBMM instruments, but I never deal with their customer service department before. In fact, I am too scared to deal with since I have had a bad experience with another companies. Now, I am really really appreciate and start being a loyal fan to their products. Great products and great service. This is what we looking for. Wow!
I wish EBMM releases more guitar models. How about the hollow body one? I will buy it for sure!
