Very cool. These days, in most industries, the small family-owned businesses are squeezed out by the big boys. While chains like Guitar Center are great for musicians because of the variety, and volume, of product they can offer, they can never offer the personal face-to-face experience of stores like yours.

I wish you guys many more years of success. I bought my Silhouette Special from you a couple years ago & next time I order a new Ball, it will be from you as well.
